When we founded OTOSTECH, we were brought together by a shared desire to turn our knowledge and experience across different fields into the strength of working and producing together. We set out to build a high-performance platform for advanced composite manufacturing and engineering, bringing technology, engineering intelligence and precision together in a single system. At the heart of this ambition, we placed our responsibility for the projects we undertake and the trust we build with the people we work with. Today, the strength of our relationships matters to us as much as the quality of our work.

Our founding partners’ backgrounds in engineering and economics bring two complementary perspectives to OTOSTECH’s decisions. Our experience in aeronautical engineering, electronics and advanced manufacturing enables us to understand technical requirements and develop the right solutions. Our grounding in economics helps us use resources efficiently, take a long-term view of investment and consider the economic value of every project. For us, a successful project meets performance, quality, time and cost targets together, delivering lasting value for our clients.

We put this approach into practice through the mutually reinforcing capabilities of Otostech Üretim and Otostech Teknoloji. From analysis, design and simulation to plug and mould making, advanced composite manufacturing and precision machining, we bring our capabilities together within a shared engineering discipline. Our investments in large-scale 5-axis CNC systems and robotic 3D printing technologies are part of this integrated approach. Our aim is to continually develop a manufacturing operation in which each stage prepares the way for the next, risks are assessed early, and quality and repeatability can be monitored throughout.
