The Future of Manufacturing Starts Today
The future of manufacturing is defined not only by speed, but by
creativity, engineering and sustainability. OTOSTECH stands at the center of
this transformation. With our 8×3 meter rail-mounted robotic additive
manufacturing line and two 3×3 meter fixed production cells, we eliminate the
limits of scale, speed and flexibility for designers, engineers and
manufacturers.
With these systems, we do not only produce plugs and molds. We
manufacture the products of the future today, including electric boats,
autonomous vehicle bodies, modern furniture, artistic surfaces and defense
systems.
“We do not just manufacture. We shape ideas.
Each layer carries the form of the future into the present.”

Otostech’s robotic production infrastructure operates up to five times faster than traditional modeling processes and is among the few systems capable of single-piece production up to 8 meters.
These systems combine design freedom and manufacturing capability in one platform, enabling the production of large-scale, geometrically complex and structurally robust components.
PRODUCTION PROCESS
Layer by Layer Precision
Digital Modeling and
Engineering Simulation
Every project begins with digital accuracy.
Layer strategies are optimized through:
- Infill ratios
- Extrusion temperature profiles
- Cooling curves
- Deformation simulations
Robotic Extrusion –
Additive Manufacturing
KUKA robots process thermoplastic pellets at temperatures between 220 and 380°C, depositing material layer by layer. The 8×3 m rail system enables single-piece production up to 8 meters.
The system continuously monitors layer temperature, extrusion flow rate and speed parameters, ensuring structural integrity and surface consistency.
Advantages:
- Single-piece
production up to 8 meters
- 60
to 70 percent shorter production time
- Minimal
material waste below 10 percent
- 24-hour
continuous production
- Fully
traceable process data
“Our robots do not work with speed alone, but with precision.”
“Not every layer is the same, because every layer is an engineering decision.”
Multi-Material Production
(Hybrid Printing)
OTOSTECH systems can process different thermoplastics within a single structure. Carbon-reinforced CF-PETG can be used in structural zones, while lightweight and machinable materials such as PETG or PLA are applied to outer surfaces.
This enables optimized strength-to-weight performance within a single component.
CNC Finishing –
Completing Precision
The speed of additive manufacturing is complemented by CNC machining. OTOSTECH’s 26 m 5-axis CNC line processes printed surfaces with ±2 mm tolerance, achieving final geometry and assembly-ready surfaces.
The result is A-Class surface quality, ready for direct integration into production.
Epoxy Coating,
Sanding and Painting
After CNC processing, surfaces are coated with epoxy to eliminate porosity. Sanding, primer and final coating processes enhance both aesthetics and durability.
Coating systems are UV-resistant, heat-resistant and designed for long-term performance.
